Maes Mynan Holiday Park Development

Maes Mynan Park is a former sand and gravel quarry extending over a 100 acres of spectacular countryside, where stunning views can be seen from everywhere. Planning permission was granted by Flintshire County Council in May 2018 to change the use of the land to a Holiday Park.

Phase One is underway and Maes Mynan Lodge Park is now open.

Phase Two will start in 2020 with the creation of an exclusive Static Caravan Holiday Park nestled within a secluded woodland enclave that offers majestic hillside views.

Phase Three is scheduled to commence in 2023 and will see the development of a designated Touring Caravan Park in an area of outstanding natural beauty that is buffered by a tree-lined conservation area.

If you would like to be kept informed about our Phase Two development, why not come and see us.

Alternatively please register your interest using our contact form by confirming your interest in our exclusive static caravan park and we will stay in touch.

Caerwys, as the smallest town in Great Britain with a Royal Charter, offers excellent amenities ‘On The Doorstep’ for Maes Mynan Park’s holiday home owners and their visitors. If food and drink are high on your agenda, there are many award-winning eateries, pubs and cafes nearby. The Piccadilly Pub and On The Corner Café in Caerwys offer great take-out services too, whilst Edenshire Delight in Afonwen sell scrumptious homemade ready meals.
